Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address, product selection, and sizing information, are correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.
