Thank you for shopping with Gen Education. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Please note that all delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Gen Education is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Industrial action or strikes

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Gen Education is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@geneducation.co.uk and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
