Maths Shape Trays - Set of 4

Support early maths development with our Maths Shape Trays, a hands-on resource designed to help children explore shapes, counting and problem-solving through play. Made from natural wood, the set features four large shapes – a triangle, square, circle and rectangle – ranging from 30cm to 50cm.

The trays provide plenty of opportunities for practical maths activities. Children can fill each shape with counters, balls or natural loose parts, comparing quantities and exploring questions such as which shape holds the most or least. This helps introduce concepts including counting, capacity, comparison and mathematical reasoning.

They can also be used for sorting, pattern making and shape recognition, giving children the freedom to investigate the different properties of each shape while developing their understanding of early geometry.
