Story Telling Discs - Set of 30

Bring stories to life with our Story Telling Discs! Designed to spark imagination and encourage creative thinking, these wooden discs are a simple and engaging way to support storytelling and early literacy in EYFS classrooms and nursery settings.

The set includes 30 natural wooden discs, each featuring a different image to inspire characters, settings, objects and adventures. Children can select discs at random to create their own stories, work together to build a group narrative or use them as prompts during literacy activities.

Each disc measures approximately 7cm, making them easy for little hands to hold, arrange and explore. As well as developing language, communication and storytelling skills, handling and organising the discs can also support fine motor development.

Made from natural wood, every disc is unique, so slight variations in size, appearance and finish are to be expected. Due to the natural characteristics of the material, some peeling or splitting may also occur over time.

Perfect for reading corners, storytelling areas and imaginative play, the Story Telling Discs can be easily stored away when activities are finished and even encourage children to take responsibility for organising their own resources.
